Free Text Messaging Reminders

Crichton Automotive Limited realises that we live in a busy society and we sometimes need reminders to keep us abreast of our many obligations. To assist with this Crichton Automotive is proud to be the first dealership in Jamaica to offer a text messaging services to all customers starting January 2009. All customers will have texts sent to their respective cell phones reminding them when their fitness, registration and insurance will expire, when the cover note is about to expire and even a birthday reminder (in case you forgot).

It's just our way of saying thanks for giving us the opportunity to serve you better.

Saturday Opening

In our quest to provide superior customer service Crichton Insurance Agency will be opening on Saturdays to facilitate customers who have a busy week and find it difficult to find the time during regular working hours. This is a service that is exclusive to Crichton Insurance as we open between 10:00am and 2:00pm to answer any queries, renewals or new business for motor vehicle or property that our customers would like to have completed at their convenience.

Bearer Service

Once again in an effort to provide added convenience for our clients Crichton Insurance launches their bearer service starting in the corporate area .Clients who wish to renew their insurance can call in and have our qualified underwriters prepare the necessary documentation and send it to you via. our bearer who will carry a wireless debit card machine for those who require that facility or collect a cheque. This will allow you to attend to the more important tasks of the day instead of sitting in an insurance office.

Premium Financing

Some of our customers prefer the option of paying all upfront for their insurance premium however most customers prefer financing their premium and this is a facility that Crichton Insurance readily provides with access to premium financing prepared totally in-house. Our customers have their premium financing needs covered immediately upon request with a minimum deposit of 25% with the option to pay the balance over one to five (5) months at competitive rates, just another way of taking the hassle out of covering your insurance needs.
